How about we stop speculating and scaring him with draconian laws that only exist in california. Virginia is much different, just go talk to someone at an inspection station and see whats up.

I'm in a non-smog controlled area. You just have to have a CE light that turns on and then off.

In Northern VA they do a sniffer while on rollers to get you up to speed. I have to take my emissions test this month and I'm a little worried about it. I'm going to turn the fuel curve down on my Super AFC a little and hope that does it.
